Modelmentor OÜ (“RevealAI”) acts as the data controller for the online report service offered on this page. We process only information that is publicly disclosed by the profile holder or voluntarily supplied by you.

Purposes & legal bases. (i) Generate and email the requested report (performance of a contract); (ii) process payments and comply with accounting duties (contract & legal obligation); (iii) secure the platform and keep technical logs (legitimate interest); (iv) measure marketing performance (Meta Pixel) only with your consent.
Data sources & categories. Public Instagram identifiers, bios, links, avatars, and public web pages that mention the handle. We do not access private messages, restricted profiles, hidden contact details, or credentials.
Retention. Reports and associated identifiers are kept for up to 90 days, support communications for 12 months, consent records for 24 months, and billing documents for 10 years. Logs necessary for platform security are retained for up to 6 months.
Transfers & safeguards. Data is hosted in the EU (Google Cloud Run). Content delivery and DDoS protection are provided by Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Stripe. When data leaves the EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses and technical safeguards (TLS, encryption at rest) are applied.
Rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days and handle deletion requests within 72 hours when legally permissible. You may escalate to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or CNIL.
RevealAI is an informational tool and does not replace investigative services. Misuse (harassment, surveillance without consent) is prohibited.
Terms of use
RevealAI provides an automated analysis of publicly available information to individuals or organisations that have permission to review the selected Instagram account. The service is operated by Modelmentor OÜ (see Legal notice).
Authorized use. You must be at least 18 and have the right to review the account. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and Instagram/Meta platform rules, including the Meta Surveillance Policy. The service may not be used to harass, stalk, discriminate, or unlawfully monitor any individual.
Deliverable & payment. A concise report is emailed once the analysis completes. Stripe presents the final amount during checkout, handling USD conversion and calculating taxes based on your billing location.
Payments & refunds. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. If the report is not delivered or materially unusable, you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing [email protected] with your order ID. We answer within two business days.
Liability. Results are generated from best-effort public data matching and provided “as is”. Modelmentor OÜ is not responsible for decisions made based on the report or for any platform sanctions caused by improper use. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
These terms may be updated; the version is identified by the date in the footer of the checkout confirmation email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
